Shipping Policy
We package all products with great care using 100% recycled material. To make it easy and cost effective we have a flat rate fee of €10 throughout Ireland and the EU. If you are outside the EU please contact us for a shipping quote.
Larger orders that exceed our standard size shipping boxes may be subject to additional postage charges. Please reach out to us via email for an accurate quote.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take great pride in our work and hope you love your purchase. It is the nature of hand-made glass that each piece is slightly unique in shape, size and colour density. While we do our best to photograph our products to truely represent their size and appearance, accept there will be uniqueness to your glass art that may differ slightly from the photographs. This is why we LOVE hand made - No two pieces are the same!
In the event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase or it is mistakenly damaged in transit, please return to us within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly replace or refund the full cost of your items.
